Returns & Refund Policy

At Araish Healing Crystals, we take great pride in the quality and energy of our healing crystals and gemstones. Each piece is unique and natural, and we want you to feel a positive connection with your purchase.

1. 7-Day Return Window

You have 7 days from the date of delivery to request a return. After 7 days, we unfortunately cannot offer you a refund or exchange.

2. Eligibility for Returns

To be eligible for a return, your item must meet the following criteria:

  • The item must be in the same condition that you received it.
  • It must be in the original packaging.
  • It must not show signs of use, wear, or alterations.
  • Note on Natural Variations: Please note that crystals are natural products. Minor chips, inclusions, or variations in color and size are not considered "defects" but are part of the stone's natural beauty.

3. Damages and Issues (The "Unboxing" Rule)

We highly recommend recording a 360-degree unboxing video when you first open your parcel.

  • If your crystal arrives broken or damaged during transit, please email us at araishhealingcrystalsshopify@gmail.com or WhatsApp us at +917066673047 within 48 hours of delivery.
  • Please include your order number and the unboxing video/photos of the damage.

4. Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned:

  • Energized/Personalized Items: Any crystals that have been specifically energized or ritualized for a customer.
  • Sale Items: Only regular-priced items may be refunded; items purchased on clearance or "Sale" are final sale.

5. Shipping Costs

  • For Damaged Items: If the return is due to our error or damage during shipping, Araish will cover the return shipping costs.
  • For Change of Mind: If you wish to return an item for any other reason, the customer is responsible for paying the return shipping costs. Shipping costs are non-refundable.

6. Refund Process

Once your return is received and inspected:

  1. We will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item.
  2. If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment (or via bank transfer for COD orders) within 5-7 business days.
