Shipping & Delivery Policy
Welcome to Araish. We are committed to delivering your healing crystals safely and efficiently. Below are the terms and conditions that constitute our Shipping Policy.
1. Shipment Processing Time
All orders are processed within 1–3 business days. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or public holidays.
If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery.
2. Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates
Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.
Standard Shipping: Delivery within 3–7 business days (depending on your location in India).
Express Shipping: Delivery within 2–4 business days (available for select metro cities).
Free Shipping: We offer Free Standard Shipping on all orders above ₹[Insert Amount, e.g., 999].
3. Shipping Partners
We partner with Fship and their network of reliable couriers (including Blue Dart, Delhivery, and DTDC) to ensure your crystals reach you securely.
4. Shipment Confirmation & Order Tracking
You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email and a WhatsApp notification once your order has shipped, containing your tracking number(s). The tracking number will typically be active within 24 hours.
5. Packaging & Handling
Given the delicate nature of healing crystals, we use multi-layered protective packaging (bubble wrap and sturdy corrugated boxes) to prevent damage during transit. We treat every stone with the care it deserves.
6. Damages & Missing Parcels
Araish is dedicated to your satisfaction.
If you receive your order damaged, please contact us at araishhealingcrystals@gmail.com or WhatsApp @ +917066673047 within 48 hours of delivery.
Important: Please save all packaging materials and damaged goods. Unboxing video is required to help us process your claim if the order has been received damaged so that we can get with the courier partner quickly.
7. Incorrect Address & Undeliverable Packages
Please ensure your shipping address and phone number are correct at checkout. Araish is not responsible for orders delivered to an incorrect address provided by the customer. If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect address, a re-shipping fee may apply.
